There are Fairies at the Bottom of Our Garden

June 23rd, 2008

Well, there was at least one, somewhere in the middle of Glendaruel, and we managed to catch him before he floated off northwards to another engagement.

This is by way of a taster for our pieces on ArtsFeastCowal. Not only did we follow the Walking Theatre Company on their highly entertaining, “Whisky Way” but we recorded it in glorious bump-a-lot mono (ie boom mike without sock). Of course that wasn’t enough so we went over to Kames to interview Philippa Elliott and her well-hung photography (its on the outside of the hotel) and then, we went down to the Midsummer Music festival in the evening and recorded that too. A panoply of Arts coming your way, but please, in the meantime, enjoy an unknown Faerie serenader!
